You pay for what OHM's AI reads: ₹5 a page of a bill, ₹1 a line of a bank statement. That one charge covers reading it, writing the voucher, checking it and entering it in Tally. Seats bring credits every month, and you see the price before anything is read.
Three plans
One plan for your whole business. The credits are shared by everyone in it; a seat is each person who uses OHM. Seat prices are per month, plus GST.

Seats are paid in advance: each month's invoice comes 7 days before your plan date, with a reminder the day before, and the month's credits land on that date once it is paid. A month's plan credits carry over one month; recharged credits never expire. Plan credits are used first. Recharges include GST.
What the AI costs, and what never does
One credit is one rupee. Each page or line is charged once; doing anything else with the voucher afterwards is free.

When you pay, and where you see it
Before OHM reads anything, it shows the files, their pages and the price, and your balance after. The price is set aside while it reads and charged when the read is done; a read that fails gives it back. Every charge is written against its voucher, with a "This charge looks wrong" link to us, and listed by date, person and document in Settings → Plan → Usage, which downloads as CSV.

Upload a bill or snap it on the phone. OHM shows the price first, then drafts the voucher.
Check and send
Submit runs your Policy; approve, and it goes to Tally.
Move up when it pays
Your group admin picks Executive or Manager in Settings → Plan and pays the invoice; the month's credits land the moment it is paid.
