The terms of using OHM,
in plain words.

You sign up with an email address and a password, or with Google. Keep your password to yourself: what is done with your account is done by you.

The person who signs up is the workspace's group admin. They invite their own people and decide what each may use, and they are responsible for whom they let in.

OHM reads the documents you give it, proposes vouchers and checks them against the policy you set. A person in your workspace approves a voucher before it is sent to your ERP.

OHM can be wrong. Look at what it proposes before you approve it. Your ERP - Tally or any other - stays the record of your books.

Intern is free and comes with 100 trial credits, once. Executive (₹2,999) and Manager (₹4,999) are priced per seat per month, plus GST; a seat is each person who uses OHM, paid in advance: each month's GST invoice comes 7 days before the plan date, and its 3,300 or 6,000 credits a seat land on that date once it is paid. You can recharge any amount on a paid plan, ₹1 for 1 credit, GST included. The Pricing page has the details.

One credit is one rupee. OHM takes ₹5 a page it reads or builds, ₹1 a bank statement line the first time it is read, and ₹1 to check a voucher you typed; it shows the price before it reads and gives it back if a read fails. Everything else is free. A month's plan credits carry over one month; recharged credits do not expire.

Recharges are paid through Razorpay; a seat invoice is paid as the invoice says. A tax invoice is issued for every payment. If you think something was charged wrongly, use "This charge looks wrong" beside the charge, or write to us.

A plan agreed with us in writing - for example a price per user per month - follows what was agreed.

Your data is yours. What we keep, why, and who handles it for us is in the Privacy note; how it is protected is on the Security page.

Use OHM for your own lawful business. Do not try to reach another workspace, get around the limits or the security, or overload the service.

You can stop using OHM at any time, and ask us to export or delete your workspace's data.

We may pause an account that breaks these terms. Where we can, we tell the group admin why first.

If these terms change, we tell group admins by email before the change takes effect.

OHM is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, YantrAI Labs is not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
