We don't post roles.
We hire people we can't
not hire.
There is no list of openings on this page, because we don't have one. We are small, we ship weekly, and we add someone when we meet a person who makes the next year obviously better. If that might be you, the form below goes straight to a founder.
What the work is actually like
- You will own something end to end within a month. Not a ticket queue. A surface — an agent, an integration, a customer — that is yours to be right about.
- You will talk to the people using it. Every engagement is led by a founder without handoffs, and whoever built the thing sits in that conversation.
- The feedback loop is days, not quarters. Something shipped this week is running against real invoices at a real company next week.
- You will work on money that actually moves. A wrong answer here means a payment that should have been stopped, or one that shouldn't have been. That constraint is the interesting part.
- Nobody is protected by process. Two founders, no layer to hide behind, and no meeting that exists to decide who decides.
The kinds of people who do well here
Not job titles — dispositions. Most people who have worked out well matched two or three of these.
You have run an operation, not just built for one
You know why a control gets skipped at month end, because you have been the person skipping it.
You are precise about being wrong
You would rather say "I checked, and it's this" than be confidently approximate. In finance the difference is the whole product.
You finish things
The last 10% — the error state, the edge case, the thing that happens when the GRN never arrives — is where this product lives or dies.
You can hold a domain in your head
GST, TDS, MSME, three-way match. Nobody arrives knowing these. The people who do well get genuinely interested rather than treating it as someone else's spec.
Where we usually need help
Again, not openings — the shape of what we are building, so you can judge whether your work fits.
Applied AI and agents
Retrieval, tool use, guardrails, evaluation. Making a model's output something a CFO can be held to.
Backend and integrations
Python and C#/.NET against ERPs — SAP, Oracle, Tally, NetSuite — and the reality of how their data actually leaves them.
Finance domain
Chartered accountants and controllers who want to encode what they know rather than keep doing it by hand.
Forward-deployed engineering
Sitting with a customer, finding what actually breaks, and fixing it in the product rather than in a configuration file.
Tell us what you'd build
A CV is fine. What we read first is the last thing you made and why it mattered.
Got it.
We read everything that comes through here, and we reply either way — including when the answer is no. Give us a few days.
