What we keep,
and why.

• Your account: your email address, and your name and phone number if you give them.
• Your workspace: the documents you upload and what OHM reads from them, the books and masters that come in from your ERP, and the vouchers, checks and approvals made in OHM.
• Payments: the amount, the date and the GSTIN on your invoice. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay and never reach us.
• Records of use: when you sign in, and what the service did, so it can be secured and supported.
• On this website: what you send us when you ask for a savings check or a demo.

To run OHM for you - reading, proposing, checking and sending your vouchers - to bill you, to keep the service secure, and to help when you ask. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

• Google Cloud - where OHM runs, and the AI that reads documents.
• Supabase - the database, sign-in, and the emails for codes, invites and password links.
• Razorpay - payments.
• Google - only if you choose to sign in with Google.

Each handles your data only to provide its part of the service.

For as long as your workspace is active. Ask us and we export your workspace's data, or delete it.

You can see and correct your account details in Settings. For a copy of your data, a correction elsewhere, or a deletion, write to us.

OHM keeps you signed in with what your browser stores for that alone. This website sets one cookie, to remember your language. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

If this note changes, the new version is posted here, and group admins are told by email when the change matters.
